Can I return or exchange a perfume bottle? +
Due to personal hygiene and the nature of luxury cosmetics, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for bottles that remain sealed, unopened, and in their original intact cellophane wrapper. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for immediate replacement.
